WordWeb Pro v5.00e (UPDATED 4/3/2007)
WordWeb is a quick and powerful international English thesaurus and dictionary for Windows. It can be used to look up words from almost any program, showing definitions, synonyms and related words. It includes pronunciations and usage examples, and has helpful spelling and sounds-like links.
Thanks to boomerang for pointing out an error. Below are changes/fixes in this update:

Dictionary file now extracts to %APPDATA% folder instead of C:\WINDOWS\Temp to avoid problem for user with Windows installed on other partition or simply just didn’t have access to C:\WINDOWS\Temp
Registry files (.REG) has been replaced with my RegPatch app. It’s cleaner, better, no extra files, no need to load regedit.exe and a whole lot easier to add/remove reg info.
Now it’s 2 in 1 portable, either you run from single EXE or extract to your USB/HDD and use run.exe to launch the app.
Directory structures is more neat and tidy, files has been placed in categorized folder so no more mess
